One of the most significant programs ever undertaken by the B'nai B'rith Organization in its 157 year history is the sponsorship of affordable senior housing. For more than 2 decades, B'nai B'rith through its Senior Housing Network, has been involved with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide affordable apartment living for eligible applicants. The world wide housing network of B'nai B'rith consists of 33 complexes in 23 communities, comprising over 3700 apartment units, serving over 5000 individuals, and the network continues to grow. B'nai B'rith Phase I has 190 one-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom apartments total.
