Because the building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents, a resident living alone can have a yearly income of no more than $35,500.00, two adults living together may have a yearly income of no more than $40,550.00, and three adults living together may have a yearly income of no more than $45,650.00. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in your unit. Brookmeadows Apartments has 56 one-bedroom apartments, 88 two-bedroom apartments, and 12 three-bedroom apartments, total.
