Because the building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents, a resident living alone can have a yearly income of no more than $22,200.00, and two people living together may have a yearly income of no more than $25,350.00. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in your unit. Cedars of Lebanon Apartments has 80 one-bedroom apartments, 16 physically mobility impaired accessible apartments, and 4 two-bedroom apartments total.
