Anyone who is 62 years or older or who would benefit from the features of our mobility-accessible units may apply for residence at Leisure Acres Apartments Phase II. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family’s income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
