Anyone who is 62 years or older or who would benefit from the features of our mobility-accessible units may apply for residence at St. Sharbel Village Apartments Phase I. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Please contact the office for current income limits to determine if your income qualifies.Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.

Believing that low-income doesn't mean low quality, St. Sharbel Village Apartments Phase II offers all the best modern amenities and conveniences. The facility is located on the south end of the Westlake Shopping Center in Peoria's North End. Along with the neighborly atmosphere that comes along with life in a small community, residents enjoy access to tons of great local restaurants and stores.

Anyone who is 62 years or older may apply for residence at St. Sharbel Village Apartments Phase II. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family's income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
