Anyone who is 62 years or older or who would benefit from the features of our mobility-accessible units may apply for residence at St. Sharbel Village Apartments Phase I. Because the building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents, a resident living alone can have a yearly income of no more than $22,200.00, and two people living together may have a yearly income of no more than $25,350.00. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit. St. Sharbel Village Apartment Phase I has 51 one-bedroom apartments and 18 one-bedroom efficiency apartments total.
