       Anyone may apply for residence at Tall Oak Village Apartments. Because the building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents, a resident living alone can have a yearly income of no more than $23,350.00, two people living together may have a yearly income of no more than $26,700.00, three people living together may have a yearly income of no more than $30,050.00, four people $33,350.00, and five people $36,050.00. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted gross income of all adult residents in your unit. Tall Oak Village Apartments has 56 one-bedroom apartments, 56 two-bedroom apartments, and 20 three-bedroom townhomes, including 12 physically mobility impaired accessible apartments, total.
