One of the most significant programs undertaken by the B'nai B'rith Organization in its 157-year history is the sponsorship of affordable senior housing. For more than 2 decades, B'nai B'rith's Senior Housing Network has collaborated with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide affordable apartment living for eligible applicants. The worldwide housing network of B'nai B'rith consists of 33 complexes in 23 communities, comprising over 3700 apartment units and serving over 5000 individuals, and the network continues to grow.

Anyone who is 62 years or older may apply for residence at B'nai B'rith Covenant Apartments Phase II. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family's income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
