Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes, please let the office know if you wish to bring a pet to the facility. Please refer to the Pet Policy for more guidance.

  • Is this a smoke free environment?

    No, at this point residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. According to State and Local laws, you must be 15 feet from any door or window. Please note, HUD considers marijuana a banned substance under federal guidelines.

  • Does the facility provide Wi-Fi and cable TV?

    Wi-Fi is available in the community building. Along with a TV with local channels.

  • Can I have visitors/guests?

    Yes, you may have visitors. Residents are responsible for their visitors while on the property. Guests may stay on occasion not to exceed 14 cumulative days in a 12-month period.
