Anyone who is 62 years or older, as well as individuals 18+ who would benefit from the features of our mobility-accessible units, may apply for residence at B’nai B’rith Covenant Apartments Phase I. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family’s income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.

No, at this point residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. According to State and Local laws, you must be 15 feet from any door or window. Please note, HUD considers marijuana a banned substance under federal guidelines.

i-Fi is available on the first floor. Cable TV is available in the community room.

Yes, you may have visitors. Residents are
responsible for their visitors while on the property. Guests may stay on occasion not to exceed 14 cumulative days in a 12-month period. Guests must sign in and out at the guard’s station.
